She is and advocate of healthy living and provides support through coaching and product offerings. She is also the author of Stress Less: Transforming Stress to Success.

Nan is an intuitive life, business and health coach. She helps others find their authentic self and inner compass (intuition). She calls this process, self-discovery coaching. She also offers genetic coaching to support others in being proactive in their health and wellness goals.
