Lori Bibbins
Owner

Lori Bibbins has a history of success working in the healthcare and energy medicine industries. She spent over a decade working as a sports medicine specialist with a team of physicians, exercise physiologists, physical therapists and coaches in the care and prevention of illness and injury related to sports and exercise.

For the last twenty years she has dedicated her personal and professional life to the importance of living a healthy, balanced lifestyle by teaching from her own experience. Her philosophy is to empower people through education, good nutrition and exercise to overcome injuries and to help raise consciousness in a way that improves quality of life. As an advocate of a healthy living lifestyle, she believes everything is energy. How one thinks and feels directly affects what physically manifests in life.

Lori is an avid runner and cyclist and enjoys yoga, hiking, nutrition and loves spending time riding her horses.
