To describe who I am is a bit difficult, I am not one to talk about myself. I am an awesome wife and an amazing mom of 4 kids, well I like to think so. We have 2 rescue dogs. I love people. I love to laugh. I am happy by nature and make a choice everyday to be happy and grateful.I wake up every morning wondering what amazing things are going to happen to me and my family today. I believe in home cooking from scratch. I am a dreamer. I am a creater. I am a spiritual being having a physical experience. I am passionate about having a healthy mind, body and soul. I went to Marquette University and studied Dental Hygiene. I have a certificate in Identifying and Conquering Gluten Sensitivity. I have to eat gluten free. I have attended numerous health and nutrition seminars and webinars over the last 25 years. I know that what we feed our minds, bodies and spirit matters. I believe that if we dream it, really dream it and believe it, we can attain it. I don't believe anyone has the right to tell you that you can not do something. I also believe that people are inheretly good. I have been involved in the healthcare world for over 25 years and I have seen that many people don't have good health. Maybe it is because of their health they can't get to the dreaming part of their life. I believe that having fun and laughing is vital to a good life. I think that we should make today so awesome that yesterday gets jealous. I believe good food, great company, and laughter makes the best meals. I believe miracles happen everyday. I believe in God. I want to believe that I am His favorite, but we all are. I want to help people eat better for their physical self. I want to inspire you to dream and help you to realize that you are amazing.
